LAB Audio Technology warrants that the LAB Audio Technology Cables you have purchased shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth herein (the “Warranty”). This Warranty shall apply only to the original purchaser.

Defective cables will be repaired or replaced without charge, at LAB Audio Technology’s discretion, with a like or comparable product by presenting your proof of purchase to the LAB Audio Technology distributors located in your country or the Authorized LAB Audio Technology Dealer from whom the cable was purchased. Any repair or service performed by any person or entity other than LAB Audio Technology is not covered by this Warranty. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on LAB Audio Technology cable products are the responsibility of the purchaser. This Warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect. Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this Warranty. In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, LAB Audio Technology limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at LAB Audio Technology’s option, to the repair, replacement or refund described herein. Some states, provinces or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.

LAB Audio Technology ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME DURING SERVICE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE). OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, LAB Audio Technology DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING ANY RIGHTS UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE LAWFULLY CHANGED OR EXCLUDED.

FURTHER, LAB Audio Technology DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE PERSON WHO SOLD THE LAB Audio Technology CABLE PRODUCT TO YOU IF THAT PERSON HAS BREACHED THEIR SALES CONTRACT WITH YOU. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.

A trader pursuant to these Terms and Conditions is any person acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader’s name or on the trader’s behalf.
